We work in a hybrid model! Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

  • Fluent knowledge of Italian or Dutch
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Engineering technical background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Student status or Bachelor Degree

  • Knowledge of electrical subjects
  • Experience with Photovoltaics

,[Provide technical support to client’s partners during the installation and design phase of photovoltaic installations, Answer technical support questions about solar systems installation and maintenance, Handling technical failures occurring on the installation, providing complete troubleshooting and documenting them within required time in the system, Customer RMA (Return Material Authorization) handling including assigning RMA numbers from CRM system, entering RMA’s in the CRM system, flag open RMA’s and close in timely manner Requirements: Degree, Communication skills Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Free coffee, Modern office, Bike parking, No dress code, Free parking, Playroom, In-house trainings.
