Obowiązki

• Coordinate a team responsible for order planning and execution for assigned SKUs.

• Support the team in managing order exceptions, missing materials, returns, and alternative sourcing.

• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of purchase order execution.

• Collaborate with planning, logistics, finance, and suppliers to resolve operational issues.

• Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and support system integration.

• Handle escalations and critical situations in cooperation with sales and logistics teams.

Wymagania

• University degree (preferably in Business Management or Engineering).

• Understanding of the IAM supply chain and supplier operations is a plus.

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory and supply planning.

• Experience with Sales & Operations Planning is an advantage.

• Previous experience leading or coordinating a team.

• Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven approach.

• Very good command of English.
