- Make fast, informed decisions in a dynamic environment with short product shelf-life.
- Evaluate financial implications of production changes and network setups across plants and CBUs, conducting financial valuations of supply planning decisions.
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term supply plans, ensuring business continuity and optimal performance.
- Balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals, optimizing supply chain priorities.
- Collaborate closely with executive planners, production teams, scheduling planners, and key stakeholders across manufacturing, market teams, finance, and logistics.
- Analyze market forecasts, identify risks, and leverage opportunities to drive effective supply network decisions.
- Formulate investment proposals for factory capacity and network optimization, ensuring adaptability and interchangeability across the factory network.
- Handle complex production issues such as blocked production or unexpected disruptions, making strategic decisions to mitigate risks and maintain supply continuity.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, or a related field,
- minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry,
- practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel functions; experience with planning tools (Kinaxis, APO) is a plus,
- fluent English skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), enabling effective work in an international environment,
- strong analytical abilities, with a proven capability to work with data and derive insights in a dynamic environment,
- excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (e.g., production, logistics, sales).
