ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Your responsibilities:

• Main contact between Sales, Customer Service, and Factories regarding short-term shortages and supply disruption resolution;
• Collaborate with planning teams, suppliers, warehouse, and purchasing departments to execute plans and orders;
• Organize and monitor timely deliveries and create purchase orders for imported products;
• Manage regional distribution and resolve daily order fulfillment disruptions;
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to optimize scheduling and transportation;
• Analyze product availability and support decision-making for orders;
• Monitor production plan adherence and define corrective actions when needed;
• Maintain optimal stock levels to meet order fulfillment targets;
• Create and update reports and planning performance indicators;
• Participate in the S&OE planning cycle, lead meetings, and support continuous process improvement.

• Min. 3 years of experience in supply chain role;
• Very good English min. B2;
• Very good French min. B2;
• Knowledge of SAP, OMP is an asset;
• Strong analytical skills.

• Employment contract with a 3-month probation period signed directly with the employer;
