As a vital part of their team, the Supply Planner will play a crucial role in optimizing production and ensuring seamless supply chain operations in Warsaw, Poland.



Tasks:

• Create operational and tactical supply plans to meet production and distribution targets
• Develop detailed production line schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency
• Support supply planners in the correct utilization of Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Blue Yonder Sequencing (SEQ) tools
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to senior leadership and team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with overall business objectives
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements as needed

Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields within large global organizations
• Extensive hands-on experience with Blue Yonder ESP and SEQ, with at least 2+ years of practical application in each
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational and tactical supply plans
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to leadership teams
• Proficiency in supply chain software and advanced MS Office skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
• Ability to work fully on-site
