Key Responsibilities
- Supply Plan Development: Construct and maintain the entitys supply plan, aligning it with validated sales forecasts, co-packing plans, and established stock and procurement parameters.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess logistic feasibility through comprehensive stock equation analysis. Collaborate with the S&OP to address long-term challenges such as capacity constraints and demand‑supply gaps.
- Parameter Management: Define and manage stock and supply parameters to achieve optimal service rates, cost efficiency, local and global targeted stock levels.
- Replenishment Oversight: Manage the replenishment process, proactively evaluating shortage risks and clearly communicating priorities to the S&OP.
- Inventory Optimization: Oversee stock levels in line with country objectives. Analyze obsolete and slow‑moving inventory, defining and implementing effective action plans to minimize waste.
- Shortage Mitigation: Drive initiatives to reduce shortages by analyzing root causes, defining corrective action plans, and challenging suppliers regarding material availability dates for out‑of‑stock products.
- Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as out‑of‑stock rates, service rates, and stock levels, sharing insights internally and with the MSL.
- Budgeting: Help to build the budgeted stock based on defined stock and supply parameters.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving best practices within the supply chain. Contribute to the enhancement of processes and information systems relevant to your activity. Serve as a subject matter expert, leading and training the Supply Chain community on best practices and tools within your area of expertise.

- Education: Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Language Skills: English proficiency sufficient for daily communication and collaborative work.
- Experience: Previous experience in supply planning, logistics, or FMCG environments is highly valued.
- Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of supply chain KPIs and planning cycles.
