Job Description

You secure excellence in total Supply Chain operational performance and its further development, in close cooperation and alignment with all relevant supply chain stakeholders. You contribute to reaching customer perceived availability at the lowest total cost, considering impacts of quality, safety, service performance, sustainability, and other supply chain costs to secure optimal replenishment solutions.

Your main assignments as Supply Operations Developer are:

1. You secure logistical operational performance from an end-to-end perspective as defined by the respective set of KPIs/PIs within the given geographical scope.
2. You align with supply chain stakeholders to secure smooth and efficient logistical operational performance, follow up on the compliance of our stakeholders, and secure the execution of market-relevant plans.
3. You lead the implementation of new replenishment solutions in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
4. You validate and optimize sending and receiving capabilities as a link between all supply chain stakeholders. You act upon fluctuations to avoid performance disruptions and increased total cost. You propose new logistical setups to support logistics cost development and identify and propose volume consolidation opportunities and mid-receiver needs. You support logistics development in new sourcing countries.
5. You secure the right information on constraints and availability impact to our supply chain stakeholders.

Qualifications

We want you because:

1. You have a university degree in logistics, economics, or another relevant background and have worked at least 1-2 years with logistics/supply chain processes.
2. You have experience in logistical performance and developing win-win solutions throughout the entire supply chain.
3. You have experience in the implementation of decided concepts, working methods, and tools.
4. You have the capability to build fact-based business cases in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders and find win-win solutions within the supply chain.
5. You have good presentation and communication skills and the capability of building effective and trustful relationships.
6. You always strive to reach goals with a high level of energy and motivation and are confident in making independent decisions.
7. You enjoy interacting with many different people and networks and always have the customer and cost in focus.
8. You are fluent in English.
