Supply Officer Specialist with German - Lodz

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on activities related to supply chain process
2. Stock level management in SAP system: stock optimization
3. Manual PO Placement
4. Communication with the Production to give visibility on deliveries
5. Missing parts management & Dispute Management
6. SAP parameter setting for optimization
7. Identify risks and set up action by anticipation
8. Interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work
9. Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
10. Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
11. Provide weekly operational reports
12. Document process documentation and standard methodologies
13. Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings

1. English & German language level on at least B2 (to be used orally (20%) and in written form (80%))
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service in corporate environment (experience in manufacturing companies will be an asset)
3. At least bachelor’s degree
4. Customer orientation and proactive approach
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
6. SAP knowledge nice to have
7. Team player
