Supply Network Planning Manager

• Owning and managing the tactical planning process including supply network optimization,
• Supporting innovation and demand risks and opportunities qualification in the GPS cycle through scenario planning,
• Owning the E2E planning process across the full horizon and for all material types and rough-cut capacity planning,
• Creating the supply plan for the central supply chain preempting issues and deciding on trade-offs in advance,
• Collaboration with executive planners, production teams, and scheduling planners to ensure coordinated execution and communicate decisions effectively, addressing any questions and doubts from plant and CBU teams,
• Resolving potential capacity issues in collaboration with plants/supply points and schedulers,
• Optimizing supply chain priorities, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term business goals.
