Supply Network Executive role at Accenture Poland

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieving optimal plan for the entire planning horizon
  • Firming and aligning planned orders (for purchasing) in the planning zone
  • Managing the planning, transactional and sourcing master data
  • Monitoring and actioning supply exceptions
  • Collaborating with Master Planner Production (or SNP), purchasing planner, production scheduler and D&I Planner
  • Managing the constraints within suppliers
  • Ensuring visibility for the supplier capacity and supplier raw materials availability
  • Calculating stockholding policies (excluding Multi echelon Inventory Optimisation (MEIO) FG)
  • Selecting scenarios in case of resolution
  • Approval of parameter automation policies due to segmentation
  • Approval of stockholding or other policies

Required Qualifications

  • Min. 3 years across Planning, Logistic, NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and digital skills
  • Good Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
  • Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
  • Some evidence of leadership capabilities, for example:
  • Anticipation in order to shape the future rather than react to it.
  • Resilience
  • Ability to make smart decisions in the face of ambiguity.
  • Curiosity to seek out new ideas and knowledge.
  • Challenging complexity and seeking out simpler / faster ways of working.

  • Setting high standards and delivering outstanding results.
  • University degree (Supply Chain related major could be an advantage)
  • Mastery in advanced planning system could be an advantage
