Supply logistics specialist with German language

Join the Sii team as a Supply Logistics Specialist. The project includes comprehensive support of logistics and purchasing processes related to materials and components for the automotive industry. As part of the project, we maintain constant contact with suppliers, agree on delivery terms, analyse demand, and control inventory levels. Working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Execution of the logistics and purchasing process for materials and components
• Order coordination: creating, updating and monitoring delivery statuses
• Maintaining contact with suppliers and agreeing on delivery terms and conditions
• Analyzing demand and overseeing inventory levels
• Collaborating with other company departments to ensure continuity of supply and smooth flow of information

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Knowledge of purchasing processes and supply chain management principles in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of SAP system is welcome
• Willingness to work in the office in Gliwice (2-3 days per week)
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
