Supply Execution Planning Specialist

Obowiązki

• adjusting production plans based on orders and sales forecasts while verifying their execution by factories,
• creating production plans for a horizon of up to 14 weeks and resolving imbalances between demand and supply,
• monitoring plan deviations, performing RCA, and implementing corrective actions,
• identifying resource and material constraints, escalating issues, and supporting recovery actions,
• improving customer service levels and minimizing losses from aging inventory,
• coordinating seasonal activities, implementing new products, and supporting supply chain operations.

Wymagania

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, or a related field,
• minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry,
• practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel functions; experience with planning tools (Kinaxis, APO) is a plus,
• fluent English skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), enabling effective work in an international environment,
• strong analytical abilities, with a proven capability to work with data and derive insights in a dynamic environment,
• excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (e.g., production, logistics, sales).
