Responsibilities:

• Adjusting production plans based on orders and sales forecasts while verifying their execution by factories.
• Creating production plans for a horizon of up to 14 weeks and resolving imbalances between demand and supply.
• Monitoring plan deviations, performing RCA, and implementing corrective actions.
• Identifying resource and material constraints, escalating issues, and supporting recovery actions.
• Improving customer service levels and minimizing losses from aging inventory.
• Coordinating seasonal activities, implementing new products, and supporting supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel functions; experience with planning tools (Kinaxis, APO) is a plus.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), enabling effective work in an international environment.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a proven capability to work with data and derive insights in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (e.g., production, logistics, sales).
