Responsibilities:

  • crafting and executing short-term and long-term plans and strategies,
  • ensuring a high level of service for sales units worldwide,
  • strategizing across technical horizons to identify risks, sensitivities and optimization opportunities,
  • formulating investment proposals pertaining to factory capacity and network optimization,
  • ensuring adaptability and interchangeability in production across factory network,
  • analyzing market forecasts, identifying risks, and leveraging opportunities to inform supply network decisions,
  • collaborating effectively with stakeholders from various departments, including manufacturing, market teams, finance, and logistics, to integrate network plans with overarching business objectives,
  • handling complex production issues, such as blocked production or unexpected disruptions, and making informed decisions to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply,
  • providing mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG or Pharma industry preferred),
  • ability to build effective connections with European factories,
  • practical ability to handle crisis situations (e.g., stock shortages),
  • high resilience to stress and ability to work under pressure,
  • willingness to develop as a team manager,
  • very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, minimum level B2+.
