formulating investment proposals pertaining to factory capacity and network optimization,
ensuring adaptability and interchangeability in production across factory network,
analyzing market forecasts, identifying risks, and leveraging opportunities to inform supply network decisions,
collaborating effectively with stakeholders from various departments, including manufacturing, market teams, finance, and logistics, to integrate network plans with overarching business objectives,
handling complex production issues, such as blocked production or unexpected disruptions, and making informed decisions to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply,
providing mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG or Pharma industry preferred),
ability to build effective connections with European factories,
practical ability to handle crisis situations (e.g., stock shortages),
high resilience to stress and ability to work under pressure,
willingness to develop as a team manager,
very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, minimum level B2+.
