We are looking for Supply Execution Planners to join Danone Planning Center in Katowice.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Daily updates to the production plan based on incoming orders and sales forecasts, along with verifying plan execution by factories.
• Maintain and communicate production plans, addressing imbalances in demand and supply within a 1-14 weeks horizon.
• Manage exceptions, collaborate on RCA, and ensure corrective actions for capacity shortage.
• Escalate capacity and material supply issues, supporting scenario planning and course corrections.
• Improve CSL, minimize aged FG write-off, and participate in Non-performing Inventory Management.
• Execute actions for activity management, seasonal activities, and new product launches.

About You:

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the area of Supply Chain planning (preferred industries: FMCG, Automotive, Manufacturing and similar).
• Good level of English (B2/C1) is a must; any other European language will be an asset.
• Experience in production planning.
• Ability to build effective relationships.
• Analytical thinking with a strong focus on details.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP APO would be an asset.
