Job Description
Fixed-term contract for 2 years. You will lead co‑packing operations in service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will work with internal and external third‑party logistics vendors to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. Responsibilities include inventory management, interface monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support and third‑party performance management.
How You Will Contribute
- Be responsible for the timely and accurate planning, administration and replenishment of co‑pack production. Support the management team through inventory and bill of material management.
- Manage weekly production purchase orders, creating POs based on advised volumes and ensuring timely closure following production completion.
- Ensure SAP master data is updated at all times, including prices, SKU code readiness, boundaries and bills of materials to prevent pricing, product costing and inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of WIP and packaging items, supporting co‑packers, transport and distribution centers with short‑notice WIP requests to enable production in line with plan.
- Monitor and coordinate with internal stakeholders to review co‑packer performance and address operational issues promptly.
- Manage pack material and SFG inventories within boundaries to minimize waste and ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Conduct regular boundaries review and work with procurement and internal stakeholders to achieve and maintain optimal DIOH.
- Resolve logistical, administrative and invoice‑related issues related to delivery failures or mismatches.
- Monitor inbound and outbound transport movements to and from co‑packers.
- Report regular updates on packing performance, challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Own and lead delivery of Customer Service Level (CSL) and Inventory KPIs. For any gaps perform RCA and engage relevant stakeholders to manage delivery in line with targets.
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years experience in planning, co‑packing, manufacturing and/or replenishment.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
- Experience with relevant SAP processes (APO, KPA, etc.).
- Problem‑solving ability, action‑oriented and perseveres during setbacks.
- Organizes workload and time to deliver high standards, meets deadlines and sets own priorities.
- Builds positive working relationships and works collaboratively.
- Works effectively with remote and multi‑cultural teams.
- Adapts and works effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Timeliness and accuracy are of paramount importance.
