We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and develop an international Customer Service team operating within the Supply Chain environment of a global Service Delivery Center. This role combines people management, operational coordination, and customer service excellence, with a strong focus on collaboration across Supply Chain functions and delivering high-quality support to different markets. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily customer service operations, supporting order management activities, driving process improvements, and ensuring effective cooperation between customers, internal stakeholders, and Supply Chain teams.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop an international Customer Service team within the Supply Chain area
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality customer support across multiple markets
  • Coordinate customer service activities related to order management, deliveries, and issue resolution
  • Cooperate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and other business stakeholders
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service levels to ensure operational excellence
  • Act as the main escalation point for operational and customer-related issues
  • Organize workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines and service standards are met
  • Train, coach, and support team members in their professional development
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support standardization and optimization of Customer Service and Supply Chain processes
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to operational decision-making
  • Build a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented team environment


WYMAGANIA:
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team management within Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or a related area
  • Previous experience in FMCG/CPG or other fast-paced international environment will be an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
  • Good understanding of Customer Service and Supply Chain processes
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and operational escalations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) will be an asset
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Continuous Improvement, etc.) is a plus
