For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:
Numer referencyjny: ARIA/05/2025
Miejsce pracy: Pabianice
Your responsibilities:
Verifying and processing order confirmations
Managing purchase orders in the Jaggaer system
Monitoring delivery status and initiating expediting actions
Coordinating and updating delivery dates in direct communication with suppliers
Identifying and resolving blocked invoice issues
Regularly updating supplier data in the system
Maintaining daily communication with suppliers and clients
What we expect:
Very good command of both German and English (minimum B2 level)
At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, order management, or customer service - nice to have
Solid knowledge of Excel
Customer-oriented and proactive approach, with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player with good communication skills
Familiarity with SAP is an asset
