Job Description:

Supply Chain Specialist with German-remote

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process and verify orders in SAP system.
2. Respond to Customer queries via e-mail.
3. Coordinate the process of preparing/sending/delivery of the order.
4. Take care of Customer experience.
5. Process returns and claims.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Very good command of German and English (min. B2).
2. Knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
3. Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work.
4. Previous work experience in similar roles.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Problem-solving orientation.
7. Knowledge of SAP.
