YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and verify orders in SAP system,
• Respond to Customer queries via e-mail,
• Coordinate the process of preparing/sending/delivery of the order,
• Take care of Customer experience,
• Process returns and claims.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Very good command of French or Spanish (min. B2),
• Good English skills (min. B2),
• Knowledge of Windows and MS Office,
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work,
• Previous work experience on similar jobs,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
• Problem solving orientation,
• Knowledge of SAP.
