Supply Chain Specialist (Production Scheduler)

Your responsibilities

• Generate realistic, consistent and optimised Short-Term Scheduling & Execution plans to streamline the APT(s) operations
• Communicate production plans and schedules in an efficient manner
• Support APT(s) Supervisors and their organisation
• Support & Collaborate with stake-holders within and around the APT(s)
• Maintain and improve ERP master data to secure the automation and efficiency of planning
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects for Planning and Control system

Our requirements

• Bachelor or Masters degree (Logistics, Manufacturing, Purchasing or Engineering)
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Proficient SAP & Excel skills (extract mass data, review, analyse, improve, Pivot table, VLOOKUP)
• 1 to 3 year in manufacturing production planning and/or scheduling (production activity control) – preferable in automotive company
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration skills
• Experience in SAP MRP and “PP” Production Planning module- is a must
• Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with cross functional teams and drive appropriate actions- is a must
• Basic knowledge of Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP)
• Experience in other areas of Supply Chain (Shipping, Procurement Planning, etc.)
• Six-Sigma, CSCP, CPIM or similar certification
