Your future role
You will be in charge of defining, planning and executing the full set of Supply Chain processes for your site, including industrial planning, materials planning & logistic operations.
We’ll look to you for:
- Adapt and Deploy Supply Chain strategy & footprint vs Regional Supply Chain & Local Strategy Standards (Process, Methods & Tools)
- Deploy standards (process, methods & tools) & associated documentation
- Manage deployment roadmap through the Regions / Cluster
- Identify site needs & define local requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, improvement & validation
Human Resources:
- Deploy targeted organization
- Identify World Class Manufacturing experts
- Deploy robust supply chain culture at all levels
Finance:
- Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function cost
- Define & deploy opportunities leveraging synergies & improvement initiatives
Performance & Design:
- Reach & Animate performance KPIs, KPIs targets & ensure compliance on process review, audits
- Provide support to Sites vs Sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businesses

- University Degree
- Experience of 10 to 15 years in industrial environment
- Experience of 10 years in Supply Chain
- ERP Management
- Knowledgeable of Profit & Loss and cost control of assets
- Valuable experience in companies of same sector/activity or related
- Agility
- Global vision
