Service Integration & Management is a new global digital and technology department, created with a focus on streamlining D&T processes related to Testing, Service Management, and Observability. SIAM is also a matrix organization, with clear ambition and focus on enabling service management across functions, regions, and operating companies, including elevating the current capabilities to hub organizations.
Responsibilities
- being accountable for the service management across the Heineken organization, including being a knowledge point for the function landscape
- understanding/owning the service management insights for the domain
- acting proactively to ensure system stability, issue resolution, and service continuous improvement of the operating stream ecosystem based on critical business input
- managing the service per functional domain, including incident resolution, and proposing improvements to product teams.
- providing insights for functional domain D&T landscape stability, resilience, and cost, and driving improvements with quarterly progress reports
- governing stakeholder management across Heineken regarding functional service management, and enabling technology process standardization across the portfolio globally
- developing the SIAM organizational design to ensure optimal support for the OpCos.
- enabling the transformation of the function and ensuring appropriate staffing of the SIAM Functional Pilar
- managing the budget related to the Functional Pilar
- implementing Heineken leadership, culture, and values across service management functional teams.
Qualifications
- 8 years of working with relevant functional senior business stakeholders, influencing and working with OpCo’s
- 5 years of experience in managing vendors, resources, and contracts
- 5 years of experience leading large teams in a multi-cultural environment
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant Function
- enough technical depth and affinity with the relevant function to understand issues and judge their relative importance
- the courage to be innovative: embracing IT innovation and technological possibilities, and bringing them to the relevant functional teams
- the ability to identify and manage interdependencies and optimize business value
- reflection, open discussion, and trust to help the Product Teams grow and develop
- the ability to create an environment in which the self-confidence and proactivity of the teams can blossom
- positive and problem-solving skills
- fluent English
- strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
