Overview
The purpose of the Site Integrated Senior Planner role is to deliver best‑in‑class service to Wella markets by planning production capacities and ordering materials for our own production factories. You will join the Global Supply Chain Planning Team, which plays a critical role in product delivery to Wella customers. We collaborate cross‑functionally and influence optimal decisions on service, cost, cash and innovation. We continuously evolve and elevate work process standards and daily operate in a multi‑cultural context.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production for your portfolio based on stock levels and market availability.
- Order materials and components to meet production requirements.
- Lead short‑ and mid‑term capacity planning for your production line.
- Collaborate with the multifunctional planning team on new product launches and phase transitions.
- Support supply chain setup, including safety stock and SAP ERP planning parameters.
- Manage inventory and costs for your portfolio.
- Own and standardize a business process to optimize team operations.

- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Mastery of MS Office tools.
- (nice‑to‑have) Practical knowledge of SAP software.
