Responsibilities

• Validate responsibility matrices and approval workflows
• Manage lease data in Lease Accelerator (IFRS 16, RoU Asset)
• Review and approve journal entries and lease-related accounting
• Load and validate FX rates and exception calculations
• Analyze financial reports and approve recurring recharges
• Define and implement intercompany reconciliation policies
• Prepare fixed asset requests and adjust statutory balances
• Apply True-up corrections and Local GAAP adjustments
• Perform sub-consolidation and gather reporting inputs
• Coordinate tax reporting and monitor regulatory changes
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis
• Leverage automation tools to streamline reporting
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Communicate key financial insights and risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare and review complex balance sheet reconciliations
• Approve journal entries within defined thresholds

Profile

• Solid knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting
• Experience in lease accounting (Lease Accelerator, IFRS 16)
• Skilled in financial consolidation, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Understanding of tax regulations, FX validations, and exception handling
• Experience in sub-consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify discrepancies and root causes
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Additional European language is a strong asset
• Previous experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus
