Supply Chain Project Manager – Remote (Poland)

Astek is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to drive continuous improvement in our client’s pharmaceutical supply chain. The role is 100% remote, supporting cross‑functional teams across the globe.

Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a science or engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience or a certified project management training.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, high interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Project leadership experience in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of clinical research, medicine, pharmacy or technical science.

Preferred Experience

• Experience collaborating with supply chain functions in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project activities ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Ensure all actions comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements (ICH‑GCP, local regulations).
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks – identify mitigation actions.
• Develop project management plans and related tracking tools.
• Monitor project KPIs and produce status reports.
• Coordinate project teams, ensuring consistent execution across projects.
• Forecast resource needs throughout project phases.
• Organize internal and external meetings to facilitate information flow.
• Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans.
• Resolve project issues collaboratively with team, sponsor and stakeholders; escalation to senior management as needed.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions or action plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Project Sponsor.
