Overview
Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocures commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications. Currently we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to our office in Cracow, Poland.
Job Summary
Lead and oversee enterprise-wide projects, ensuring governance and execution so that all initiatives align with company priorities.
Responsibilities
- Govern and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic company goals.
- Ensure execution excellence in multi-phase, high-complexity projects, from design input to commercialization.
- Specializes in one product family, aligning directly with the Product Manager to help SC PMO achieve strategic results through knowledge in technical requirements, projects, launches, planning changes, budget and timing.
Governance
- Develop and manage KPI-driven reporting systems, dashboards, and visualizations providing executive leadership with clear performance insights.
- Establish and implement best practices, methodologies, and SOPs to improve execution efficiency.
Change management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and decision-making frameworks through cross-functional collaboration that includes: engineering, NPI, supply chain, quality, and regulatory teams.
- Lead high-complexity business and process changes, ensuring seamless execution and risk mitigation.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in enterprise project governance, ideally within the medical device or other regulated industries, with a focus on new suppliers, products, and operational aspects.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary environments involving suppliers, NPI engineers, Quality Assurance teams, regulators, and supply chain teams.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma).
- Strong project and change management skills, including stakeholder management and excellent communication abilities.
- Highly collaborative across different functions, both internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Supply certifications: APICS CSCP, etc.
- Quality certifications: GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.
- English proficiency at C1 (professional) level.
- Strong leadership skills.
