We have an exciting opportunity to join Imperial Brands Global Supply Chain Hub as an End to End Planner in Warsaw. End-to-End is a highly strategic area, examining our entire global supply chain process with the aim to optimise key metrics – including Cost, Cash, Service and Growth. Principle Accountabilities

  1. Manage and optimise product flow within the assigned area of the Supply/Operations chain network, prioritizing maximum availability with minimal inventory impact and reducing excess risk.
  2. Collaborate closely with Global and Regional stakeholders to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to markets, including managing relations with Imperial Brands 3PL providers.
  3. Provide forward visibility of stock levels and conduct proactive analysis to anticipate Supply/Operations constraints, enabling the adjustment of demand plans to maximize sales.
  4. Identify potential future availability issues, assess their business impact, and take appropriate actions, proactively communicating with Global E2E Planning management and stakeholders to provide mitigation plans and decision-making data.
  5. Track and report assigned Global Planning KPIs against agreed targets, proposing deep-dive analysis and mitigation actions for continuous improvement.
  6. Ensure accurate master data and parameter setup in the respective area of Supply/Operations/Material chain systems through regular system parametrization and cleanup activities.

Skills and Experience

  1. You must possess creativity, exceptional planning and organizational skills, and a strong sense of ownership to navigate the complexities of Imperial Brands dynamic Supply Chain.
  2. Excellent analytical abilities for conducting complex analyses and scenario building, a deep understanding of Imperial Brands business, and customer service orientation.
  3. Strong communication skills are crucial for representing the Global E2E Planning team in discussions with Regional, Global, and External Partners, while a proactive approach to process improvements and system optimizations is encouraged.
  4. Extensive Supply/Operations Chain within direct selling or FMCG sectors of an international company, with a focus on Supply/Operations/Distribution/Demand Planning in an international setting, and alignment with the skills and competency model.
  5. Experience and thorough understanding of planning system solutions (SAP APO, Microsoft Axapta, Vanguard, SAS) is required, along with proficiency in MS Office. Additionally, experience in system implementations and familiarity with data warehouse, SQL, Excel, Access, and Power tables is advantageous, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  6. Fluency in English is essential.
