What you'll be doing:
• Supporting end-to-end supply chain operations in the aerospace industry
• Managing demand analysis, orders, quotations, and export control
• Collaborating closely with the Front Office and other stakeholders to clarify and update orders
• Keeping stock levels optimized in SAP
• Documenting processes and sharing best practices
• Participating in internal and client meetings
• Communicating daily with suppliers and clients in Spanish and English
• Meeting performance KPIs and maintaining SLA targets
• Identifying and suggesting process improvements
What we're looking for:
• Background or experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain
• Experience in customer service or negotiation roles
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• Readiness to interact with clients via email and phone
• Team player with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Spanish language skills - minimum C1
• English - minimum B2
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
