Supply Chain Manager

Your responsibilities

- Managing all Supply Chain processes: (customer service, production planning,

sourcing, partner management, procurement, storage, and distribution logistics management).

- Developing and implementing systems and continuous process improvements.

- Ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP standards.

- Leading the S&OP process and cooperating with other departments.

- Inventory management and inventory turn ratio monitoring.

- Supporting new product launch processes.

- Team management – setting goals and priorities, monitoring task execution.

- Preparing reports, managing the budget, investment planning and INTRASTAT reporting.

Our requirements

- Proven experience in a similar supply chain role within a manufacturing company – preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or automotive industry.

- Higher education (preferred fields: logistics, supply chain management, production engineering, economics or related).

- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP.

- Proactively generate cash flow requirement basis new product launches or changes to existing payment terms.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
