,[Develop appropriate supply chain strategies to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost, Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Direct and coordinate supply chain functions, including purchasing/materials management, warehouse, transport, and customer service, Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to sourcing and procurement of materials and supplies to meet changing product demand, Work directly with regional and global functions to determine the most cost-effective supply chain strategies, Set the most effective distribution solutions for finished goods delivery to customers, Manage forecasts and inventories, maintain accurate records of processes, and analyze performance, Monitor and correct inventory levels at external warehouses and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital, Collaborate with transportation companies to optimize routes and negotiate best rates, Support proper utilization of ERP systems, Act as a member of the operations staff, routinely reporting on department KPIs and providing analysis with countermeasures when necessary, Improve overall supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements, Take responsibility for team engagement, performance, development, and safety, Participate in safety site initiatives Requirements: Degree, OEM, TIER1, SAP, Logistics, Excel, Word
