The Role
You’ll work across our plant operations in three 12-month rotations over three years, gaining exposure to food manufacturing and project engineering. You will experience roles across at least two plants in Poland, starting with Jankowice (near Poznań) or Bielany Wrocławskie.

- A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field
- Fluent in English & Polish
- Willing to relocate for rotations and work in diverse environments
- Problem-solver, good communicator, and collaborator
- Passionate about innovation and sustainability
- Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role
- Mobility to relocate while on the Graduate scheme
