The Role: You’ll get to work across our plant operations in a series of three 12 month rotations across 3 years. These are designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills including core experiences of food manufacturing and project engineering.

First Rotation - Junior Line Technical Leader

  • Supervision and Coordination of Work: Planning, organizing, and supervising preventive maintenance, repair and modernization work.
  • Management of Inspections and Repairs: Ensuring the management of machine and equipment inspections and repairs, including developing plans, preparing materials, and ordering services.
  • Collaboration with External Companies: Supervising external companies, creating requests for offers, evaluating bids, and settling accounts for completed work.
  • PM-SAP Module Support: Preparing work plans, inspection schedules, and assisting in updating the list of machines in the PM-SAP system.
  • Reliability and Safety Analysis: Conducting BDA analyses to maximize equipment reliability, initiating corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (HSE) and Fire Protection procedures.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Fluent in English & Polish,
  • Excited about working in diverse environments and relocating for rotations

  • Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role
  • Mobility to relocate whilst on the Graduate scheme
