Program Overview
Over three 12‑month rotations you will work across supply chain functions, manufacturing, engineering, and procurement in domestic and international locations. The program is designed to develop future leaders who thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

Who We Are Looking For
- A recent graduate (or final‑year student) with a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Excited about working in diverse environments and relocating for rotations.
