Join Mondelēz International as part of our Supply Chain Graduate: Leadership Development Programme, a three‑year rotational program that develops future leaders across our global supply chain and manufacturing operations.
Overview
We’re looking for bold, curious, and ambitious graduates who are ready to shape the future of manufacturing and supply chain. Over three years, you’ll rotate through three 12‑month placements in different sites and functions—including manufacturing, engineering, supply management, and procurement—to gain hands‑on experience and real responsibilities.

The Role
You will work across our plant operations, experiencing roles in at least two of our plants in Poland (Cieszyn or Tomaszów Mazowiecki). The programme is designed to give breadth and depth of knowledge while developing core skills in food manufacturing, project engineering, and people leadership.
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or final‑year student with a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Enthusiastic about working in a diverse environment and willing to relocate for rotations.
- Problem‑solver, communicator, collaborator, and eager to innovate and sustain.
- Motivated to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role.
- Couples with the mobility required to relocate while on the Graduate scheme.
