Apply for the Supply Chain Graduate: Leadership Development Program at Mondelēz International.

Job Description

Are you ready to make it happen at Mondelēz International? Join our mission to lead the future of snacking. We are committed to developing the next generation of makers and bakers. In an early career role in our fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment you will do more, learn more and grow more. We encourage you to step outside your comfort zone, support you to be at your best, and allow you to bring your passion and personality.

Ready to Shape the Future of Manufacturing & Supply Chain?

Start your career as a future leader. We’re looking for bold, curious, and ambitious graduates to join our Supply Chain Graduate: Leadership Development Program.

Over the course of three years, with three rotations, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, take on real responsibilities, and work across different locations and supply‑chain functions—including manufacturing, engineering, supply management and procurement.

What’s in It for You?

  • Three rotations (12 months each): Explore different areas of our business through challenging and diverse roles. You will rotate between domestic and/or international locations (depending on the location where you are recruited). This gives you a broad understanding of how MDLZ operates and helps you discover your passions.
  • Structured learning & development: Participate in a comprehensive learning curriculum that includes workshops, online courses, and leadership training sessions designed to equip you with the skills you need to succeed.
  • Dedicated mentorship: Receive guidance and support from experienced leaders who are invested in your development. They’ll provide advice, share insights, and help you navigate your career path.
  • Impactful projects: Work on real‑world projects that directly contribute to MDLZ’s success. Your work will matter.

The Role

You’ll work across our plant operations in a series of three 12‑month rotations across 3 years. These are designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and to develop a host of skills including core experiences in food manufacturing, project engineering, and people leadership. You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants in Poland, with starting location in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A recent graduate (or final‑year student) with a degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Excited about working in diverse environments and relocating for rotations.
  • A problem‑solver, communicator, and collaborator.
  • Passionate about innovation and sustainability.
  • Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role.
  • Mobility to relocate whilst on the graduate scheme.

The Recruitment Process

  • Online application – tell us why you’re ready to lead.
  • Screening – we’ll review your CV and motivation.
  • Online assessments – testing your logic, reasoning, and values.
  • Virtual or in‑person interview – get to know us, and let us get to know you.
  • Assessment center – showcase your skills in group and individual tasks.
  • Offer & onboarding.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and relocation support.
  • Clear career path and promotion opportunities after the program.
  • Access to learning platforms and global training sessions.
  • Supportive culture where your voice matters.
  • Diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Real projects with real impact.
