Job Description:

The Role

The Supply Chain Forecasting Analyst is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team in Warsaw. The Supply Chain Forecasting Analyst will work with a high level of independence to build Supply Chain forecasting within their region. With the use of their creativity and newest technology and tools we are using, they will play an important role in building new processes in our GSC.

As a Demand Planner at Imperial Brands you will become a part of an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities

  1. Ensure data collection and analysis are performed with the right level of accuracy, frequency, and granularity.
  2. Drive continuous improvement to continually enhance S&OP process.
  3. Partner with market/cluster team to ensure sales forecasts are captured, challenged, and aligned between the different stakeholders.
  4. Prepare data analysis and business hypotheses for the local leadership team.

Skills and Experience Required

  1. Prior experience in forecasting/demand planning/supply chain is essential.
  2. Strong analytical capabilities.
  3. Ability to work in large, complex, and diverse organizations.
  4. Strong capacity for adaptation and curiosity.
