Job Description
Strengthen your Supply Chain Finance team to foster a co-pilot mindset, ensuring Finance is a trusted, impactful, and value-driven partner for operational teams.
Actively pursue and implement process enhancements across all areas of responsibility.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and strategic recommendations to assist the Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Oversee the monthly forecasting process, analyzing key drivers of expenditure and their impact on P&L, and communicating insights to business units.
Mentor and nurture team members to support their professional development.
Provide deep business performance insights and operational analytics at the market or business unit level, covering all P&L lines within area of responsibility.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver analytical support for supply chain initiatives.
Collaborate with the SC Finance team and operational partners to develop the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of relevant experience in finance business support within a multinational environment (Supply Chain expertise is a plus)
Willingness to travel occasionally
Fluent English (C1 level) in both written and spoken forms
Experience and/or desire to learn about ERP/BI systems and reporting and analysis platforms
Masters degree in Finance or Accounting (certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or CFA (completed or in progress) may be a plus)
Demonstrated expertise in leading teams and fostering talent growth.
