British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Executive in Warsaw.

SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Manager Level

Hybrid model of working: 3 days per week in the office.

The key purpose of this role is to ensure product availability for the assigned category across 5 locations, based on demand and agreed stock holding policy. You will oversee inventory management within the supply network, coordinate in-market deployment, and handle shipments from factories. This role requires close collaboration with teams across production planning, transport, legal, brand, demand, and trade to help achieve company targets like Cash, Cost, and Service for the assigned Category.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the key liaison between the business and the regional service center for daily operations and NPI (New Product Introduction) timelines.
  • Develop production plans to optimize product availability while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Manage product lifecycle transitions, including phase-ins and phase-outs.
  • Lead weekly meetings to resolve service and supply issues.
  • Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigation plans.
  • Provide month-end reporting on service issues, including root cause and correct action plan.
  • Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-off for both finished goods and raw materials.
  • Drive supply chain optimization and lead improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • At least 2 years of supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management experience.
  • Language skills: Fluent English (spoken and written); proficiency in Polish is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and adopt changes.
