As RSB Automotive Consulting, we support leading international companies in finding top engineering and supply chain experts.
For one of our clients – a global manufacturer in the electronics and automotive sector – we are currently looking for an experienced Planning Professional / Supply Chain Engineer to join their team in the Lublin area.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee assembly line operations, material flow, and data tracking related to supply planning.
- Act as a supply chain representative in new electronics program teams.
- Lead improvement initiatives within the plant and support the implementation of supply chain standards.
- Design, develop, and optimize packaging solutions.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost reduction, and innovation).
- Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and waste to improve logistics and production flow.
- Create analyses, reports, process documentation, and visual dashboards.
- Support management with improvement recommendations based on production trends.
- Collaborate with planning, operations, and product marketing teams.
- Develop optimization models for inventory, supplier networks, and production line planning.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
What We Expect
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
Hard Skills
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Experience in supply chain management and process improvement (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making mindset.
- Project management skills and resilience under pressure.
- Continuous improvement approach and customer‑oriented thinking.
