Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a multinational team to develop and automize international supply chain processes, Inbound Network, including transport and material planning
• Take on specific operational tasks to gain hands-on experience and deepen your knowledge
• Lead projects, sub-projects, or work packages (incl. IT realizations), ensuring progress and success within defined time, budget, and quality parameters
• Analyze different brand setups and working methods, evaluate pros and cons, and derive recommendations for future-proof and sustainable developments aligned with brandoverall strategy
• Prepare well-founded proposals for management decisions, supported by qualitative and quantitative arguments

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in a large organization within logistics and/or process design
• Strong process understanding combined with exceptional analytical skills; able to structure and clearly communicate complex topics
• Excellent organizational skills, a high degree of independence, and effective time management
• Experience in implementing IT projects and proficiency in data analytics
• Knowledge of English at level C2 and German at level C1
