Job Description:

Supply Chain Data Analyst (f/m/x) in Mars Petcare, Commercial Department

Location: Warsaw or Poznań

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Good knowledge where the data is coming from, what it should look like and how to validate and interpret it, leveraging insights from various stakeholders like: SQA, Sourcing, Supply, S&F, IE, R&D.
2. Maintaining complete sourcing info databases and building robust processes for data collection and update depending on the regional systems and organizational structure.
3. Timely delivery of the required reporting including tracking and monitoring of selected metrics.
4. Processing and analyzing data using available technology: Alteryx, Power BI, other.
5. Generating and communicating key insights based on analyzed data.
6. Development and maintenance of data visualization and reporting tools: dashboards, reports.
7. Continuous improvement and standardization of the data processes improving efficiency, driving automation and centralization of the data related activities across the globe.

What are we looking for?

1. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Finance or equivalent experience.
2. Previous experience in analytical and data modelling roles.
3. Understanding of data management best practices and ability to manage large datasets, explore and utilize raw data feeds, ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports (SAP, Power BI).
4. Good project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues, manage scope and contain risks.
5. Quantitative reasoning skills, including the ability to work with numbers, summarize data and to present, explain and discuss the results within all levels of the organization.
6. Ability to use programming languages: SQL, Python, DAX is an advantage.
7. Good English written and communication skills.
