In this role you will design and implement cutting-edge decision automation solutions to address complex supply chain challenges. This role involves analyzing customer data, applying decision automation models to enhance operational efficiencies, and collaborating with external stakeholders to identify and improve business processes.

You will also work directly in industry projects and engage with external stakeholders to identify, investigate and analyze business processes and work practices.

Self-directing with the ability to communicate findings, make recommendations, and facilitate change
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the following areas: process automation / business analyst / data analyst / data science / data engineering / IT SCM systems implementations. This should include hands-on design / development work to build a working solution
A sound understanding of Supply Planning or Demand Planning processes
Experience and skills necessary for effective front-office work with Customers: consulting mindset, problem solving, excellent communication
Problem-solving, organization and presentation skills to identify opportunities, propose new strategies, prioritize tasks, collaborate with other team members and clients, translate and implement findings in a timely manner into actionable recommendations.
Graduated or post-graduate in technical field, preferably but not limited to Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Logistics or similar
At least intermediate SQL development knowledge
Experience in Cloud Services (preferably MS Azure)
At least basic agile software development framework knowledge
