The project aims to implement a digital transformation in the procurement function, focusing on project management, prioritization, team mobilization, and process optimization.
You will be responsible for the execution of hands-on data tasks, optimizing procurement processes, and supporting system integration efforts within ERP and other procurement platforms.

responsibilities :
Extract, clean, validate, and manage procurement data across systems to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
Support configuration and maintenance of procurement platforms, including SAP Ariba and data analytics tools, to streamline procurement processes
Assist in identifying opportunities for automation, optimizing workflows, and improving data-driven processes within procurement
Maintain data governance standards and procedures for procurement systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organizational standards
Use tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI to conduct data analysis, build dashboards, and generate insights for the procurement team
Provide technical support for ERP-related procurement tasks, including system testing, troubleshooting, and process documentation
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, focusing on data management and system support
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, e-sourcing tools, and procurement data management
Knowledge of and hands-on experience with data governance practices and process optimization
Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
Thorough understanding of data manipulation and analysis in procurement or supply chain settings
Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills
Proficiency in change control and process optimization
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate across business units
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
