NILFISK is a major international supplier of professional cleaning equipment in both industrial, commercial, and consumer markets. The company is headquartered in Poland, with sales entities in 45 countries and dealers in more than 40 countries.
Position: Order Management Coordinator (EMEA Supply Chain / Consumer)
Place of work: Raszyn n/Warsaw, Poland
You will be responsible for:
- Internal order management (customer service), entering and processing orders for goods, entering and maintaining data in SAP.
- Monitoring orders, coordinating deliveries, and regularly informing Customer Service departments about the status of deliveries - Be the voice of the customer.
- Support for the sales team and the product team to inform about the current supply situation of key products.
- Coordination of shipments and monitoring of the implementation of customer orders with carriers.
- Monitor Open Orders and evaluate demand and fix incomplete orders.
- Coordination of returns from Nilfisk branches to the central warehouse.
- Coordination of the creation and processing of shipping documents (including invoices for direct shipments from the factory to the customer).
- Proactive communication with EMEA Supply Chain Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, and the Distribution Center to identify potential problems with the supply of Nilfisk products and to implement appropriate actions to prevent expected problems.
- Cross-check penalties for validation.
- Applying the processes described in the EMEA Supply Chain Planning documents in everyday work.
- Provision of replacement in the event of the absence of other employees of the EMEA Supply Chain department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Several years of similar experience working in an international organization and its logistics.
- Several years of experience cooperating regularly with sales, distribution, and customers within Europe and Asia.
- Good knowledge of the SAP environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Very good English level (multinational working environment).
- Personality traits: service-minded with a sense of urgency; team player; proactively working independently.
