The plant in Chrzanów produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly, and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections. It has also a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars.

Currently for Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów we recruit a Supply Chain CIM Manager:

1. Lead and manage the Plant Supply Chain CIM team;
2. Deploy all Valeo Supply Chain standards, guidelines, working methods, methodologies, and tools in the plant and toward Suppliers;
3. Monitor inventory accuracy and escalate anomalies / prevent special truck for stock discrepancies;
4. Minimize special transport cost by optimizing logistic concepts for new projects;
5. Drive Log. Cost reduction activities & P-30 activities: AGV, Call Button;
6. Lead continuous improvement actions in all supply chain activities;
7. Ensure all supply chain activities support New Project Introduction or Engineering Change;
8. Support the project and purchasing teams by proposing the best solutions to maximize service levels, minimize logistic costs and inventories, and accelerate physical flows from suppliers to customers.

Join our team if you have:

1. 3 years experience in Logistics (experience in New Projects introduction would be an asset);
2. Knowledge of SAP and Logistics Systems;
3. Analytical thinking and decision-making skills;
4. Experience in optimizing and automating logistic processes;
5. Knowledge of project management;
6. Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language would be an asset;
7. Teamwork spirit and ability to cope with stress;
8. Team Management experience is welcome;
9. Knowledge of new project development standards.
