This role co-ordinates and drives structural improvements and projects that may include multiple departments but have Supply Chain as the common denominator. In addition, this role provides the single point of contact for the country organizations where escalations are necessary to resolve matters with the EPC Supply Chain team.Reports To: Supply Chain Business Partner Lead – Europe**Scope of Responsibilities:*** Primarily responsible to measure and monitor service in the country, proactively informing country teams on OTIF and other performance metrics, reasons behind service failures and driving actions to continuously improve.* Act as the point of escalation for Supply Chain related matters in cases where processes fail, but not acting as day-to-day operational contact.* Represent the Supply Chain in local S&OP meetings, providing advice and guidance on business opportunities, liaising with central Supply Chain teams as appropriate.
