We are an innovative and growing manufacturing company that produces high-quality chocolate products for the global market. We are in an exciting development phase and are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Business Controller to support our goal of optimizing our supply chain and ensuring stable and efficient production.
Responsibility areas
Your role as the Supply Chain Business Controller, you will play a key role in both the financial management and operational development of our supply chain. You will work closely with production teams to analyze and optimize our processes, ensuring we meet our ambitious goals.
Your primary tasks will include:
• Analyzing and reporting on production variance and supply chain performance, including inventory levels, procurement and production.
• Controlling of standard cost price calculations
• Preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts for supply chain activities.
• Creating and maintaining KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain performance.
• Identifying and implementing process and cost optimization improvements to increase efficiency.
• Participating in cross-functional projects where you will use your analytical skills to create financial transparency and support decision-making.
Experienced business controller
As a person, you have a natural authority and take the lead, while also being cooperative and skilled at managing stakeholders. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. You must have the qualifications to thrive in an international organization with high demands and expectations. Therefore, it’s important that you are independent and resilient.
Furthermore, you:
• Have 5+ years of experience in Business Controlling or Business Partnering within a manufacturing company
• Holds a relevant degree, e.g., Master of Economics, Business Administration
• Is familiar with financial analysis and budgeting
• Is proficient in Excel and other analysis tools and ideally has experience with SAP.
• Is structured, analytical, and can work independently
• Communicates effectively and can present complex analyses in an understandable way
• Is proactive and has strong business acumen
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Are fluent in English
