Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement supply chain organization for Modular and Metal business EMEA.
2. Build strategies aligned with business goals.
3. Manage inventory optimization process focusing on lead time reduction.
4. Set standards for MPS, inventory check, and logistic optimization.
5. Support top line by improving OTD and lead time for the organization.
6. Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
7. Train logistics teams and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards.
8. Manage inventory levels and drive efficiency in supply chain operations.
9. Proactively mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
10. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve organizational targets.
11. Locally manage production planning and purchasing.

Our Requirements:

1. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager in manufacturing companies.
3. Familiar with lean production tools.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving approach.
7. Good knowledge of ERP systems (D365 preferable).
