• Develop and implement supply chain organization for Modular and Metal business EMEA
• Build strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage Inventory optimization process focus on LT reduction
• Set standards for MPS , Inventory check, Logistic optimization
• Support top line by improvement OTD and Leadtime for organization
• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Train logistics teams and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards.
• Manage inventory levels and drive efficiency in supply chain operations.
• Proactively mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve organizational targets.
• Locally manage Production Planning and Purchasing
